Very upsetting service. If you cant do something or dont feel comfortable or simply dont want to do it, Just let me know. I rather have honesty than get a service done that will not make me happy. Long story short, Dont go here. I showed the nail tech a picture and she said “ ok ok” and as soon as we were getting ready to start with the nail color she asked “one solid color right?” She didnt even pay attention to the picture i showed her. PLEASE don’t go here!!! I came here a few months ago to get simple nails with no design. My experience here was horrible. The lady doing my nails cut me like 4 times and was way too aggressive. It seemed like she was annoyed when I spoke up about how I wanted my nails to look. You’ll be better off finding an at home-based nail tech who actually cares about your needs.
Won’t be back . Every time I come in they take people who came after me - or act annoyed to do my nails not sure why because I always tip 10-15 per person per service if I get mani pedi ; and they never actually give me any designs or anything crazy - came about 10 times now and the last 3 experiences have been bad just off how they treat me now .
The worst experience I’ve ever had! They were rude, obnoxious and made racist remarks as well as noises I was so irritated. The person attending my grandmother and I kept hitting our feet and instead of telling us the way he wanted us to position ourselves. If I could leave no stars I would. If you want a nice relaxing day or just a day with your Loved ones I wouldn’t go here. You can’t even talk to your loved ones because they drown you out and speak over you.
I had a wonderful pedicure. As previous reviews had noted Tim did a great job!
