First time coming to this nail salon. My sister referred me to this place. And her work was amazing. But I am very disappointed with my experience. I got a Gel-X manicure and a pedicure, and neither service was done properly. During the pedicure, the technician exfoliated one foot but completely skipped the other, which is unacceptable for a service I paid for. The quality of the Gel-X nails was even worse. I’ve been coming here for about 2 yrs and the service has been great and everyone is super friendly. Today was the worse day ever… the did a poor job on my Pedicure and my nails they were a mess. They cut 2 of my fingers and filed the side of my fingers. Terrible Terrible Service Today !! Very Unhappy. I went to this place about a month ago . I needed to get my nails done and it was late in the day so this place was the only one open late . At first the place looked very nice . I was treated my a gentlemen who was nice but I did feel a little uncomfortable getting treated . He was very rough with my feet. DONT COME HERE 3/10 … very unprofessional, doesn’t know how to communicate… If you set an appointment or have an appointment they Will waist your entire time by taking people that walks in and have you wait extra if your stupid enough to do that ! ORGANIZE YOUR BUSINESS BETTER
Love this place and Lena her self goes way beyond doing my nails I let her do free style on my long nails and she knows what I like I love her work. My girl love doing their pedicures and manicures there. I couldn’t go somewhere else
