Had the greatest time talking with the folks as I selected my bike, every time I go for whatever else I need is another fun friendly day of shopping, browsing, and even learning more about my bike and biking in general. The folks there have always been nothing but friendly, helpful, and informative on any topic that comes to mind while I'm there. So glad my friend recommended going there for my bike and I would feel confident in referring anyone else that asks about bikes to check this place out!

I've been going to Valencia Cyclery for 25 years. I bought my first bike here when I moved to San Francisco (4 more since then) and recently my daughter's 3rd bike. Staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. Great variety of bikes and accessories. They also support community causes throughout the year. I love this place; so will you!
Had my bike repaired this week by the Valencia Cyclery repair shop. Their service was fast (done a day early, so I can get back to commuting by bike tomorrow!) and they took the time to explain their work in a way I could understand. Top notch customer service from super nice people.
These guys are the best. Helped me replace my wheel and get back on my bike in 15 minutes flat, no pun intended.
