Horrible customer service by Robert. My husband dropped off my car and he refused to give us a loaner car, said there was no more. We were there at 8am and all loaner cars were gone? BS. If that was the case, they should've told me when I made the appointment so I would've made other plans for transportation. I had plans, appointments today! He didn't even bother to call me back when I called and complained. We don't usually go to this one for service and I'll never go back!

Worst customer service. I was made to wait for thermostat replacement for 1 year. Even after 1 year they said it is still in back order. when i had an argument with them and informed them saying i am going to complain to BMW, they changed it. They made me wait for hours in 2 out of 2 visits. It was 3 days without car for a thermostat replacement. I may not go to this place again and for another BMW car.
BMW of Valencia is a very good place to buy & service your car. I've always had BMW of Valencia service my car because the service advisors & the front desk clerks are all very nice, cheerful & friendly. Most especially Service Advisor Robert Rowlands is very friendly, knowlegeable & nice to deal with. He's super friendly, considerate & treat his customers superbly well.
Travis Fetterolf was professional and my car purchasing experience was enjoyable. I highly appreciate the process of purchasing my new BMW without the need to negotiate the price.
