Not only is it a spectacular facility (love the separate cat/dog entrance) but the Doctors, Vet Techs, and support staff are incredible. Compassionate, kind, understanding and make you feel like you are all that matters during your time with them. We moved all our cats here as this is night and day compared to our previous Vet. Was recommended to take my German Shepard puppy to see Dr. Bill by family and friends and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Bill is very a knowledgeable and friendly veterinarian and the staff at Vale park are fantastic. Myself and Honcho will be back for many years to come!
Lake shore paws (known for killing animals who are totally healthy and sweet) take the animals here to be euthanized, so this animal hospital AGREES TO DO IT. How wrong. Will never support this place, staff, or doctors who agree to do so. Shame on all of you guys
Our Beagle Mix escaped from her leash and was hit by a car recently. Vale Park was able to give her a through exam on short notice. Course of treatment went well and smoothly! Thank you so much Dr. Rock for your compassion to our Miss Penelope!!

I have had nothing but absolutely wonderful experiences at Vale Park Animal Hospital. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. I know my pets are getting the best of care and advice when I bring them here. I live in Illinois, but make the trip out here for the top quality care I receive here.
