Been taking our pets here for years, love Dr. Bill and all of their staff. Always a great experience and we never wait for more than 10 min.
I have been taking all of my pets to Vale Park for several years now. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I completely trust all of the doctors I have met so far. Thank you for taking such good care of my babies!
Dr. Sheller met us at the emergency clinic on Sunday to deliver Gracie’s pups. I’m sure the doctors on call were very capable but it was so reassuring that she took the time to do this! All 3 are doing well.

I love Vale Park. I went to six different vets when first moving to Valpo. Once I found Vale Park, I was hooked for good. They are very compassionate and take excellent care of my fur babies. Their staff is amazing and provide personable and professional care everytime I go there with my babies. Dr Sheller is my main vet and she absolutely is fantastic.
Wonderful and compassionate staff!! My dog Jax had an emergency back in April and the squeezed him in right away. Unfortunately, they suspected a brain tumor and things didn't go as planned with euthanasia being an end result. The staff was so compassionate and supportive at that time. They let me stay with him as long as I wanted. When I came out of the room, the office was closed. They never rushed me out and encouraged me to take as much time as I needed. I am so happy with this place. It was my first time there with my dog. The staff exceeded my expectations and were great with her. My dog was happy and had no stress or anxiety at all! I can't imagine taking her anywhere else.
