When my now wife came to live with me and was added to our contract they became hostile. They accused us of not paying our $500 pet deposit and only after I showed them my copy of the reciept. When we moved out we completed all the necessary cleaning and repairs and the place was spotless. However when we got the notification of our security deposit it said no cleaning had been done and we were denied our security deposit return. Ive seen several similar reviews primarily from military tenants.
When we moved out, we did everything on the list they gave us to move out. We left the house in better condition then when moved in. They tried charging us for things they said they would fix before we moved in and they never did, accused us of not paying the pet deposit fees when it was on my lease that i had two dogs and they never put it in their computer sytem but was on my paper lease and had paid written on it.
