This property management company deserves negative rating. This is a low income housing abuser. Manager ********************************** refused emails phone messages and even hid when I came into the office on two different occasions. Five years never missed or late on rent. Whoever owns this company should probably look at who is representing their best interest
Horrible customer service.i was trying to figure out the application process and the manager Karen *****got an attitude and started over talking me and said she already explained that then her co worker Emmawas laughing and shaking her head. When I was about to leave Karen refused to state her name. This management company deserves no stars. Tried to take 1,000 dollars and itemize it to fit their “repair requirements” so me, nor my roommates would see any of that money after we vacated. Lived at that rental for 2 consecutive years and payed rent and bills every month. We lived at their rental even while sewage had backed up in the property. Not once, but three times. Do not rent from them. They will try to take you for all you’re worth.
I wish there were negative stars to give! DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!! They did not clean the apartment before I moved in, even though I'd been informed it was. Opened the door and the place was filthy!! Carpets were dirty and disgusting. I had to complain to the supervisor and send pictures of it before I could get someone out to acutally clean it. I wish I could give a zero! This is the most insensitive, fraudulent business that I have ever dealt with! The house was not move in ready and I had to clean before moving in. During move out they ask for professional carpet cleaning (with receipts from company) and lawn care. There was trash in my front yard (that I brought up and was told everything would be clean and ready to go on move in) and back yard grass almost knee high when moving in! Valdosta Properties, LLC separately charges every adult over the age of 18 in a household an application fee of $40, whether they are contributing to rental costs or not. My husband and I were considering a home to rent with Valdosta Properties LLC, and when applying the realtor told my husband that we both have to submit separate applications for the same home. This company only addresses you when it’s convenient for them. I have been a tenant for almost 3 years, they always make things for their benenfit and do not follow through as promised. They do not reply to emails unless it’s to undermine you or sarcastically tell you how they have done something after you call them continuously. Today me and my guy bestfriend visited Valdosta Properties with high hopes of finding a house after being turned down a couple of times and treated unfairly, we were very impressed with the treatment we received by Ms. ******* and ***. They were very generous and helpful the entire time. From the phone call to the visit to the office, they were great! I'm very satisfied with the service I received at this specific rental office!
At first the Valdosta Properties team comes off as very attentive and accommodating, however their true colors show after signing the lease. First off, we originally moved into one apartment on the property and after fully moving in, the property manager wanted to come and do a walk through. During the walk through black mold was found, as a result they asked us to move to a different unit that was in "impeccable condition".
