I am extremely disappointed and outraged by the terrible legal service my son received from attorney Derik Valderrama. We trusted him with our son’s defense, believing he would fight for justice. Instead, he failed us completely. He did not present the evidence that could have proven my son’s innocence, showed no real effort in defending him, and ultimately allowed an innocent young man to be sentenced to prison.
