This was the best dental experience I’ve had, truthfully. Erica (hygienist) was calm, sociable, kind, gentle, and passionately taught as she went. She was careful to ensure my comfort, and I immediately knew she truly cares for people. Dr. H was kind, timely, and left all decisions to be left by me, with information and without pressure. Definitely found my new dental home.
My mother has now been to Val Vista Smiles twice, and both visits have been very positive experiences. The staff is highly skilled, professional, and genuinely attentive. They absolutely treat her right and make her feel comfortable and well cared for. I just left my cleaning appointment at Val Vista Smiles and from the moment I walked in I was impressed! Very welcoming staff and my hygienist Randi Piece was gentle but extremely thorough. Dr Mario is always professional and I completely trust him!
Erica is a great dental hygienist and an amazing person. She always takes great care of me during my cleanings, and I’m very pleased with my decision to come here. From Joy, to Erica, to Dr. Ruiz, thank you from the bottom of my heart for always making me feel like family.
Office is lovely, staff are wonderful. I Felt cared for, listen to and assured that care will be tailored to my situation and needs. An amazing outcome I have not experience with a Dentist in 60 years.
