Several weeks ago they came to clean vents. They blew circuit breaker and did not know how to reset it. I tried to reset it without success. The switch wouldn't flip. Called them and nothing was done. Spent several days with no electricity in livingroom, bathroom, hallway and outside until I could get someone to fix the problem. We are elderly seniors. I called several times last week and this week to have maintenence done on ac unit and now they won't return my call. I am disheartened because they were the best at maintenan... read more

Highly recommend! I noticed a burning electrical smell in the house and determined it was coming from the air handler, which meant no A/C and was a bit nerve racking. I knew right away from previous A/C issues to give Val Air a call. A tech responded same day to Cape Coral and was able to troubleshoot and repair with no issues. Their pricing has always been fair and reasonable unlike most other companies.

I can’t say enough about this company. Another company wanted to install another system at over $10,000. Val air immediately diagnose the problem and fixed it for a 10th of that price. Super friendly crew and very efficient. Thank you again!
