Bought a new build home from Bagans construction in 12/2021, which Val-air had installed the AC unit in. FAst forwarded April 2026 our AC unit had to be replaced and NOT one person called me back after several calls regarding Manufacturer warranty info. Scam company who only cares about money and not backing up thier units!!! Don’t do business with them

Several weeks ago they came to clean vents. They blew circuit breaker and did not know how to reset it. I tried to reset it without success. The switch wouldn't flip. Called them and nothing was done. Spent several days with no electricity in livingroom, bathroom, hallway and outside until I could get someone to fix the problem. We are elderly seniors. I called several times last week and this week to have maintenence done on ac unit and now they won't return my call. I am disheartened because they were the best at maintenan... read more

Highly recommend! I noticed a burning electrical smell in the house and determined it was coming from the air handler, which meant no A/C and was a bit nerve racking. I knew right away from previous A/C issues to give Val Air a call. A tech responded same day to Cape Coral and was able to troubleshoot and repair with no issues. Their pricing has always been fair and reasonable unlike most other companies.
