My husband and I ate there for the first time and found the food to be very flavorful and the ambience was pleasant. We would definitely recommend to our friends. The calamari was light and fresh.

Been wanting to try this place for a while now. I had heard a lot of good things. We were not disappointed. Food was excellent! I had the lobster ravioli. It was awesome! Came with some grilled shrimp which were also heavenly. We all liked our meals. Reasonably priced. Beats the heck out of all the chain restaurants at the Highlands. Nice beer selection. We left saying we can’t wait to go back.

Me & my wife's first time there. Had the best spinach artichoke dip ever. Then we both ordered the biggest pork chops we ever saw! Everything was great & our server was too!

My husband and I don't eat out much, but this was worth eating out for! We attended the anniversary celebration and enjoyed the tasty appetizer plate before the "best catfish I have ever had" according to my husband, an admitted catfish lover. My smoked salmon pasta was also delicious. This definitely met my criteria of food better than I could make at home. The server was friendly and fast (even though they were busy that evening). Welcome to Downtown Wheeling! Hope you stay a good long time!

Best plates in Wheeling--creative culinary twists on American classics. Gotta have the porterhouse pork chop and the garlic truffle fries. Vagabond also boasts great burgers and an excellent selection of beer, wine, and spirits.

Had the lamb gyro; was disappointed that it was prepackaged lamb slices, like steakems. Also, I don't like to be upcharged on a side item when I wouldn't have gotten the side to begin with. It was presented as if it came with a choice of fries or salad. My advice, if you say you use the finest ingredients, then use the finest ingredients. The positives: it is a nice atmosphere and location.
