Rooms are super clean, spacious and comfy. Employees are very polite, friendly and very helpful. I stayed for a short business trip and I really liked it. I’ll stay again.
We arrived on a Saturday afternoon. We chose to stay in Miami for a cruise leaving on Sunday. We were able to check right into our room. It was on the second floor. We didn’t think about it at the time, but we had lots of luggage to take up the stairs for the night. This was fine for us, but it may have been difficult for others. Next time I may request bottom floor for this reason. The room was very clean and smelled nice. There is a dehumidifier that was running. I am from Florida so I understand the need.
