when installing an a.c. unit, it would be helpful if your installer would verify property lines. As a result of your negligence, a property encroachment occured which your customers refuse to resolve in any manner. I will be informing everyone I know of your sub-par business practices

Our technicians were told to place the outdoor unit at that location by our customer at the time of installation in September of 2019. The customer did reach out to us this summer to give them a quote to move the unit, but have not contracted us to do so yet. Thank you.

RecommendedOur AC stopped working on the hottest day of the year. I called Vacinek first thing the next morning thinking it would be weeks for service but they were able to come out the next day!!! He was right on time and had it repaired in less than a half hour and a VERY reasonable price! We used them about 4 years ago when our hot water tank blew as well. I will most certainly use Vacinek again in the future and recommend them to family and anyone in the Springville Area. Thank you again!

Two very polite servicemen from Vacinek just left our home. They installed a toilet, two faucets, cleaned our dryer vent, and serviced our sump pump and furnace. They were on time and worked very quickly and efficiently. All work was done perfectly and they left each area spotless. Price was very reasonable. This was our first time using this company and we couldn’t be happier! We are so glad we found them!
