Staff at Dr. Vacek's office are very friendly and call you by name. Sheila at the front desk is always welcoming! All of my sisters and Mom are also patients of Dr. Vacek. Very nice, professional staff that always are friendly and very attentive to making your appointment as comfortable as possible. About as good as you can get considering you have to have your teeth worked on.
