RecommendedBest part is that not being a car person time is taken to explain why and how a part is being replaced. The old parts are shown to me so that I can understand why they broke down.
After purchasing 5 vehicles from this dealership, I was met today with intimidation and yelling by a “manager “ and a employee.
We are a Honda family and bought our second Pilot at Vacaville Honda and I have to say Cinthia Chavez went above and beyond. She knew what we wanted and made it happen. We are so happy with our new Pilot Touring. If your in the market for a new or used car go see Cinthia she will take great care of you!
Cinthia helped me and she was awesome.! She was really nice and easy to talk to. Not pushy at all and worked with me to get the best deal. I will definitely be coming back!!
Took my car in for airbag recall and its suppose to only take a hour and they are keeping it all day. Ask for a oil change and the people were rude. Was told on the phone that we could get a rental and then they say no rentals for same day drop offs. Didnt expect my car to be in the shop all day because on the paper it says 1 hour and the recall center says it should only take 3 -4 hours tops. Horrible service and wont be going back!!!
The service department is top by far of any dealership! My old Civic is back to it's best self. Thank you so much for being fair and honest.
