this place is a joke and makes honda look awful... just look in their show room. they take it upon themselves to rice out and ruin hondas....

March 19th I went there looking for a specific Honda , Darek Mallette helped me and within 20 minutes I found my car . He was patient , knowledgeable , and very honest . Every question I had , he had one in return to make sure I was getting everything I wanted . I never felt pressured . I got an amazing interest rate , low payments and the perfect car . I’m so very thankful to Darek and Vacaville Honda .
These guys held us hostage, kept the registration to our trade in when we backed out of the deal. Went to Elk Grove and got better customer service and pricing.
