Vanessa is a treasure. She helped us find just the right place (a large one for our family) and she was totally helpful with sites to see, restaurants (all good picks) and is ever so nice.
Vanessa was great in bringing our Key West Vacation to full fruition. She found us a great place to stay, helped us upgrade to a perfect room, arranged the perfect water activities, and helped us get the premier table at Latitudes at sunset. Fantabulous!
Vanessa was efficient, responsive, knowledgeable, and cheerful. After trying to find a hotel on my own for about a month, Vanessa helped me articulate what I wanted and needed, booked me a hotel I hadn't found in my own searches (and got me a better deal) in just about an hour. She is also quick to respond to phone calls and emails. Looking forward to saying more after my trip!

Vanessa was an amazing asset to making our team trip a success. She really made it easy to connect all the dots. Planning a trip from afar is challenging, but she made it seamless and helped everything was buttoned up from arrivals through departures for our entire group. She put my mind at ease not having to stress about the small stuff. My group wants to go back again in the future! If we ever do I will make sure to use Vanessa :)
