I recently worked with Vanessa to help book a room with water view and on a beach. She was a wealth of knowledge and so kind. She took the time to listen to my requests and found us the perfect room in my budget. Highly recommend working with her. Thanks again we are looking forward to our vacation!
Vanessa is a treasure. She helped us find just the right place (a large one for our family) and she was totally helpful with sites to see, restaurants (all good picks) and is ever so nice.
Vanessa was great in bringing our Key West Vacation to full fruition. She found us a great place to stay, helped us upgrade to a perfect room, arranged the perfect water activities, and helped us get the premier table at Latitudes at sunset. Fantabulous!
Vanessa was efficient, responsive, knowledgeable, and cheerful. After trying to find a hotel on my own for about a month, Vanessa helped me articulate what I wanted and needed, booked me a hotel I hadn't found in my own searches (and got me a better deal) in just about an hour. She is also quick to respond to phone calls and emails. Looking forward to saying more after my trip!
