The WLAVA HOSPITAL ALWAYS MAKES ME FEEL IMPORTANT AND APPRECIATED..
The scheduling ladies have attitudes. The nurse and doctors are nice though. However, The front desk ladies are not kind, compassionate, or respectful. They are lucky they work for the VA, they will not survive the outside world. Please turn down the tone of your voice, egos, and serve the Veterans.

the worst VA I have experienced. I was verbally and physically assaulted by a female staffer while receiving a baseline mammogram. She did basically squeezed my breasts in the machine until I fainted, then left me hanging on the machine unconscious. The reasons she was screaming at me was because I insisted on showing up for my appointment which she tried to arbitrarily cancel a ten minutes before I was scheduled!
