It was terrible do not I repeat do not buy a car from them they put it in a contract where you have to buy the most expensive Insurance there is out there and do not give you a choice
Has to be the worst place to buy a car from in the entire world 2 days late they want to pull your car back and f*** your credit up horrible Place do not buy your car here
Stay Away!! Very dishonest people. I submitted an online credit application a week before visiting them, as well as speaking to Joe twice before going. The down payment doubled once I arrived (was told $2000 on the phone, then $4000 in person). The monthly payment also went up over $100 per month, the length of the term increased another 12 months, and the total price of the vehicle increased $6000 as well. This place is a joke.
Do not purchase a car from this dealership. They are very dishonest and the cars are overpriced. Request that all discussions and request are documented and read them including the dates that the documents are created. Please take this as a warning. I had to give a star to post my review. However it does not deserve a star at all
Is it possible to give negative stars? This place is a joke, and the cliche of sleazy car salesmen---boy does it ring true here! They sold us a car that literally broke down while driving it home. Their response---We aren't allowed back on their lot and it isn't their problem. Crappy cars, crappy customer service.
These people are great. My wife and I have bad credit. It wasn't always this way but life happens. After shopping several places and seeing how high interest rates were and how low quality most places vehicles were we stumbled across VA Quality Motors. 0 percent interest rate. Not a typo.
