One of the top 10 worst things I've ever done in my life would include doing business with this place. They have screwed me from the beginning and they still are even though I've refinanced elsewhere STAY AWAY!!
With a baby on the way, we really needed a car. They worked with us and we very understanding about our financial situation. Now every time we come to make a payment they ask how the baby is doing and genuinely care about their customers. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
Called about 2 cars I had interest in on Fri. and spoke with Steve one of their sales associates. He told me that I was 100% approved for 1 of the 2 cars and then told me the outrageous price the mo payments were going to be. Curious non the less we set an apt for 10:30 Sat to meet and discuss. Once I arrived Sat morning, Steve had no recollection of who I was or our conversation.. saying he talks to 10's of 100's of ppl and sells 20 cars a day...not remembering our appt already set the tone. strike 1...Then after walking me... read more
Paid cash for a car. Less than 24 hours clutch was screwed. I believe he knew it .i had a 30 day 3000 mile warranty that wasntworth the paper it was wrote on. Dude was direpectful and rude. Acted like it was a bother for me to call or text about when I could expect it fixed. Never would I refer anyone there or purchase another vehicle there. $7000 is alot of money to me and I expect better customer service. The. Girl in office was sweet as could be. I decided to go buy a 2nd car, I walked the dog over there because I thought it would be nice but no one ever came out to even say hi much less try to sell me a car and the bad thing is I found three cars there that I would like to buy.
went there today I brought a 2005 745li bmw the mile where a lil high but I was told by the salesman to drive the car then make the decision,so me and my wife drove the car,i must say it drive and handled very well it was unbelievable with the miles I was very pleased as we pulled back in, the sales rep along with the General Manger where standing outside the dealership the GM provided me with the carfax and the VIN CHECK these documents explained the mileage and the cars history long story short I brought the car thanks va ... read more
