Very good medical and administrative staff.
Darren Austin that works in appointments should be FIRED. He doesn’t set appointments and more importantly make fraudulent notes as if he has set an appointment and left a voicemail.
Tried to transfer here after a move. I showed the receptionist the form I had been sent and she almost became hysterical saying they were over capacity and not accepting any more patients. I said its fine and just left. The clinic was overcrowded and had a depressing atmosphere about it. I would suggest looking elsewhere if you have the opportunity. I think I will stay at my clinic and just do the 1 hour drive.
The wait was about 45 minutes to an hour long. The lady said she had to help the other department and she apologized. But it seemed like she really didn't know what she was doing at one point. Kept repeating herself.I thought to myself is this all they do for an eye exam??? Really different from going to a regular eye doctor. We appreciate the VA but need better care for our veterans.
