Well my uncle walked in and never walked out again. Pretty much the worst place in Texas for healthcare IMO. Devastating that this is the care our soldiers receive.

On August 24. I was due for a colonoscopy at GI Lab at this facility, as I was approaching the information desk (at the main entrance), my self and my driver asked a lady that was sitting on that chair. How to get to the GI Lab? Her response was I'm studying- "She did had a book on her hand". This person should not be sitting at the information desk! period. Hay thy really takes care of our vets - I love that. Thy gives there all . And this place - make's sure they get all looked at . And taken care of , in return
I don't know what I would do without the VA
A little over a year ago I lost my job and my insurance. I was in a bad place so I went to the VA to see my Dr on the Platinum Team and to get my meds for my PTSD. I was later billed 100% for those visits and meds. I was told I made too much money for free care. Yet, I was out of work from a job I had work over 17 years. I tried to dispute it.
