6 HOURS JUST TO TELL ME TO HOLD PRESSURE CALL LIGHT NEVER ANSWERED. I left surgery at 5pm today. Started bleeding and soaking the bandage by 7pm. Nurse on the phone tells me to go to the ER so I do. I get seen relatively quick. First Doctor introduces herself. She looks at my soft cast and tears the outer part off then says “oooo idk how to take this off let me talk to a podiatrist”. Dr. Elizabeth Powell has changed my friends life for the better in such a drastic way. I could of not ever have been able to take such good care of him, if it wasn't for Dr. Elizabeth Powell. Thank you so much Elizabeth for truly caring for these Veterans.
Excellent medical facilities
I was able to be seen in a timely manner, the staff were professional and friendly, saved me from losing a few fingers. All the horror stories about the VA have been dispelled in my mind. If I ever need medical attention again this will be my first choice.
