Not happy I've tried contacted someone to get me on the right track. But didn't have luck with that. I'm new to the va and its processes. I've been out just over a year. I had an injury while serving and wanted it on record but when asked an officer on the premises where i could so I could talk to someone about what I need to do they just told me to look for the signs and then one person I was in contact with said I needed a years worth of LESs in order to be seen by dr there. Nothing like getting a phone call 4 hours before your appointment telling me they can't see me today. Yesterday everything was good to go when they called. I had to get someone to cover my shift so I lose out on todays pay and then I lose out again for the new appointment. Really makes me upset.
I have to say that from the urgent care clinic to the different departments all provide excellent care for me! I have to send out a special kudos to the urgent care staff that worked on yesterday you guys are awesome!
Today, my husband Alan Arno had excellent care both at the medical clinic and at urgent care. I am impressed with their time and attention to his hemotoma that was plaguing his upper arm.
