My parents are buried here.....what a moving service and take great care of the grounds.
My husband went to Urgent Care on a Friday, they were spot on and excellent in their care. He was admitted to 3rd floor and the care he received from everyone was terrific. He was there until Monday afternoon. We were impressed and very thankful!
i not only couldn't get the director to return a simple phone call, not even his administrative aid would call me back after he told me multiple times that he would; even when *i* called HIM back i got run-around; went to the Patient Advocate who told me apparently only a Congressman can resolve this. Really? Is this how we're treating those who served, can't even return a simple phone call???
My husband is currently in your facility and seems to have adapted pretty well. I have been dealing with his addiction for over 25 years, I finally have hopes on his recovery. But, why aren't the spouses allowed to be involved in the recovery process? With all the hell the addict puts the spouses through, they are going through recovery too and should be involved so the addict and the spouse can regrow.
Always very pleasant I hate going to regular hospitals since I started going to the V.A.

From day one the VA has stretched it's arm of love, care, concern and guidance to me and every other Veterans who has walked through the doors here. At times I am amazed at the things the VA can and does do,for us. I thank the staff here for helping me to get better.
I checked in for alcohol detox on 3b the staff was very understanding and did not pass judgment, only words of encouragement and hope they offered the nursing staff was nothing short of top notch providers. I highly recommend this va to any veterans in need of help. Thank you bath va!!!!
