This Veteran's hospital is very negative place because of nonfunctional staff members.. Dave Mell needs to work somewhere else. He gave me a very negative feeling for the VA in Spokane.
Going in the service is wonderful, however if you are like me and live far away it is impossible to get anything accomplished over the phone. Literally impossible to do something as simple as make an appointment.
Love this Medical Center, Get awesome care from my NP Marc Scillios and his Nurse Larry, Great Dental Care from Dr. Thames and his DAs and wonderful help from the Eye Clinic
