From the day of his ALS diagnosis all the way to his last day of my father Ralph Ricks' life, the staff at the V.A. was very professional and compassionate. While they could not cure his ALS, they did a great job at accommodating him and my family through a very difficult time. I cannot thank them enough. The service was five stars! I Love this hospital the staff, all the staff not one not some but all the staff in the X-Pod are dedicated to their patients health in this hospital and when they return home. Make me wish I was a Veteran.
I love this place! My hubby was so reluctant at first. His experience with the VA in W. Los Angeles was harrowing. But here he's happy and seen regularly they really care and he appreciates the attention to his needs. The staff here are all top notch. No ones ever been rude or dismissive. For me, if Hubby is happy, that's all that matters.
Drug Pushers and pimps for the pharmaceutical companies forcing vets to take psychoactive drugs in order to receive their benefits and lose their 2nd amendment rights
It's extremely odd that an entire class of trained professionals are not solicited nor welcome at the V.A. of Long Beach. Licensed Psychiatric Technicians. So much for meeting the needs of the mental health act.
