So the Department of Veterans Affairs told me I can only make appointments by phone between the hours of 2-3pm for what I'm needed to do... Been trying the whole hour and the line seems to be disabled now. Thanks VA for your "service"
I've had nothing but the best care, treated respectfully, and gotten in and taken care of better and faster than any private insurance that I've ever had. Don't know why it took me 40 years to take advantage of my VA Benefits but I'm glad I finally did!!!!
I called to make an appointment with my primary care and was told that I can't make an appointment because it's not my annual check up time. She told me the appointment would be cancelled, this is absolutely ridiculous. Fix yourself.
Works for me everybody's always helpful things does happen but one has to be patience
I was in clinic 660, there are 2 women sitting there, doing absolutely nothing. One was gossiping with a nurse about how dare a patient wants her to help her sign in. How dare this patient wants her to do her job. The other one runs out the door as soon as I approach her. Not everyone has knowledge how to use the kiosk. RIDICULOUS!!!! So if your coming to the VA make sure you bring a Computer Engineer to assist you because no one wants to help you.
So far even better than Loma Linda.but have been here less than 2 years. Staff sometimes say they are understaffed but i have been well taken care of. My general doc is good the rehab people good. The MOVE DIET program is excellent as I have lost over 80. Ortho surgery coming up. I will report.
I never knew the VA had a Facebook page! great!!! What a way to keep up.
