Had to go to ER for strep throat because normal doc is backed up by a couple months (only 1 Doctor in South OC) 30 mile drive to VA Long Beach only to be treated very unprofessionally by the ER staff. ER staff have seem to forgotten that we are the Veterans and we have earned this benefit and they are there for us. Sat for 3 hours and then a VA worker steps up to the desk and they advise her to go to "Delta" because there is no wait...I overheard this and asked if I could go there ashould I had been waiting 3 hours and was t... read more
Compared to the New Mexico Healthcare System it's like night and day. No problem setting appointments. I'm finally getting the things I need done.
