Me personally I hate this hospital every time my dad went in this pass year he always caught infection and the service is the hospital was mediocre and the hospital in my eyes was always dirty and unsanitary. My father ended up passing away at this hospital and I don't recommend this hospital to any VA veteran. The only thing they do well is make sure he is taken away with military honors and pay for sure $700 up to $2000 dollars in cost and pay for headstone.

The people that work at the check in desk at the Radiology department suck and disrespectful. They should all be fired. No one answers there phones or call anyone back. None of them have any answers to any questions. Worst people I have ever meet in my life. And I've actually meet a person that tried to kill me in war. They need to be fired. I hate that I can only go to this location. We fight wars only to come back to be disrespected by the people that we fight for.
Enjoyed the band of Vetrans who played in the Cafe as I waited on my appt. I also purchased two, yes two football Jerseys with US Army patches & colors!!!
I've been going to the Long Beach VA for over a year for various injuries and have always been treated with respect. I feel sorry for those who haven't been as all Veterans should always receive the same. My own experience has been nothing but positive in how I was treated.
