Excellent service. All appointments kept on time or earlier than scheduled. There was a bit of a glitch in that the lab order was not placed before I arrived, but that only incurred about a 30 min delay. Only downside was the cafeteria - food was terrible. Next time I’ll bring my own food.
Just a quick shout out to the surgeon's who removed the 2 pain in my a$$ screws sticking thru my shin tuesday last week. Errone involved did a great job and were 100% professional from start to finish! Thanx Stevo ems. sci building.
I've had a great experience here with my dad so far. I had a low expectation based on the news media stories I e heard. Everyone from the information desk to the check in people to the lone employee hanging out in the halls. Just helpful and friendly all around.
Arrived at the facility on time. Went to check in, and found out Mr. Roquemore's appointment was cancelled, and we were not notified. We drove 30 miles for nothing! I said we would wait as long as it takes to be seen, but was told no. We left very unhappy.😪

My experience with the VA Healthcare System has been excellent. They have taken very good care of me and my medical needs. The Dr.'s, Nurses and all the staff have been ultra friendly, professional and very caring. The facilities are clean and top notch. Thank you to all the VA Healthcare Employees and Volunteers! I sincerely appreciate your service!
