Good Morning VA, food for thought: I always hear horror stories about the VA Hospitals, how long the waits? No appointments available? How rude they are etc etc. Well they cancel my appointment on Thursday, I calmly came down to the VA in long Beach today, went step by step up the Chain. I want to know why the phone call center operators hang up on you as soon as you ask to be transferred to a department
Over a hour waiting for a speciality appointment that was set over two months ago. Please teach the young residents time management.
I have always been very well taken care of here at the VA in Long Beach. I had an operation on my foot back in 2015 the Doctors did a wonderful job, now I am going for another Surgery next week and I couldn’t be more happier with the Doctor that’s doing it!
Worst place for good healthcare. If you want to get the bare minimum of treatment go to this place.
