It’s hit or miss here. 60% of the time people are nice to you. 75% of the time no one answers the phone or returns calls. 60% of the time people won’t do anything more than what’s in their job description which means inconsistent quality of care. 99.9% of the time you will get a different answer to your question from each person you ask. 100% of the time you get the run around when trying to get information. 100% of the time parking is a nightmare!
As for my health, the VA of Long Beach takes good care of me and my needs.
