I have been to numerous VAs due to moving often. Never really had good care / experiences at them. I moved to Long Beach 10 yrs ago and this VA has been great. I encountered a couple negative experiences ( staff being rude and condescending) but I made a complaint and it got addressed immediately. Since then, I have noticed the positive changes. Arrive early!!! Then wait a few hours depending on how many people waiting in line?
Dr. Xie is Wonderful! So professional and kind to my 97 year old dad. All the staff in opt homology are very nice.
