I’ve been a patient of the Lawrence CBOC for several years and Dr. Colvin and Terri are excellent! Dr. Colvin has gone the extra mile for/with me for routine stuff and serious stuff - like when I had to be transferred from one hospital to another. She is super knowledgeable and will find the answer if she doesn’t know. Most of all she is very caring and compassionate from a patient perspective. Nurse Terri is also amazing. Typically terrible VA. Toll free number hangs up on you.
Glad to have a clinic close by and have always received good service. Appointments are usually set up within a few days and the staff have always been nice and ready to help. I would give it five stars but the VA offices never have enough staff. That's a VA issue not this office issue.
