RecommendedWow! 17 years ago, at a different facility, I swore off the VA forever. Then, about 18 months ago I needed to go see the VA and went to the Spokane VA Med Center at Mann-Grandstaff and was impressed. No wait, no fuss, great treatment. Now, about 18 months later I've been several times and frankly, this is one heck of a nice facility! The people CARE! Seriously, they care. Friendly staff that really do want to help. How refreshing. THANK YOU!

Helpful and friendly people.
I get some of my service here but more importantly I volunteer here and see the wonderful medical service provided to our Veterans.
they are willing to help the vets,and even help them when they need assisted living .I especially like the Respite Care.
