For starters, replace the two women that worked the front desk on Tuesday January 7th 2020. The one that I dealt with specifically nearly refused to acknowledge that I had approached her...she just stared at me for a long time before she finally asked me if she could help me with anything...she clearly did not like me and did not want to be bothered with me...I stood my ground, realizing what was happening, and waited for her to acknowledge me. I attended my husbands appointment today with him. He was treated very poorly and unprofessional and the Doctor was very contradictory. My husband has waited 3 months to get in to address some health issues. The Doctor blew him off with about every question and even told him he had 30 min scheduled appointment that any new health issues he would have address at his next appointment which would be in 6 months that it would interrupt his lunch and his sleep!! I was floored by this Doctors unprofessional manner and rudeness!!
Love The Muncie VA.....But I do have one problem. For over 20 years they have always had a picture up of our Commander-in-Chief in the waiting room that is till this last election. There are some who do not care for him, but I had to look at the ones I did not care for. Also respecting them for being our Commander-in-Chief. What is up with this????
