Much bigger facility
I'm known as a problem child at my old va in another state. That said I was really concerned about going to a va again. The Grand Forks VA is one of the best clinics I've been to. My doctor seems to care, follow up has been timely and amazing and all the people I dealt with have been very efficient and professional. I'm actually impressed. Good job and thank you.
This place is one of the best VA facilities I've been to. (My care team is the best, obviously the A team) Scheduling/Front Desk is friendly and gives plenty of info. Nurses are efficient and very clearly care. Lab does a great job and are fast. Providers are attentive and create treatment PLANS that work. MH/BH is incredible and knowledgeable. It is small, very small. But, they do a lot with what they have. It's obvious that the people that work here do so because they believe in what they're doing. I only have good things ... read more
