Need more staff on hand, very hard to get ahold of anyone to schedule an appointment or ask questions. More Vets would use this clinic if they didn't close at 430 everyday and had more staff.
Excellent Staff..... They care and you can tell!! All of them were extremely helpful and caring! I really appreciate the help that I received!! (and I know every other veteran does as well) Thank You Guys....much love!!
Haven't been in this clinic for a while but love that they are upgrading and now have a wonderful doctor there.
The staff is professional, courteous and helpful. They treat Vets with respect and get your appointments scheduled with local doctors or with the VA hospital in Salt Lake. They also use Teleconferencing with your primary VA doctor. Prescriptions are easy to order online or by telephone. Very positive experience. Thank you for your help VA Clinic Elko!
