I waited 60 days for an appointment to have my knee looked at. By day 10 is was ok. Thanks for the prompt help, I really appreciate what the VA does for me. If your not mad you should be, this is your tax dollars at work for veterans. They spent more on the building then actually helping us.
It is a good place for veterans to get a handle on their healthcare.
Great staff and very helpful doctors.
At one time you could talk to a nurse and get answers. Now all calls are routed to SLC and after 30 minutes if you are lucky you can talk to someone who doesn't know anything. I have had appointments cancelled on me with out notification. I miss Janet Peck. She was there for me, not the same any more.
