At one time you could talk to a nurse and get answers. Now all calls are routed to SLC and after 30 minutes if you are lucky you can talk to someone who doesn't know anything. I have had appointments cancelled on me with out notification. I miss Janet Peck. She was there for me, not the same any more.
Need more staff on hand, very hard to get ahold of anyone to schedule an appointment or ask questions. More Vets would use this clinic if they didn't close at 430 everyday and had more staff.
Excellent Staff..... They care and you can tell!! All of them were extremely helpful and caring! I really appreciate the help that I received!! (and I know every other veteran does as well) Thank You Guys....much love!!
Haven't been in this clinic for a while but love that they are upgrading and now have a wonderful doctor there.
