I’ve been a patient of the Lawrence CBOC for several years and Dr. Colvin and Terri are excellent! Dr. Colvin has gone the extra mile for/with me for routine stuff and serious stuff - like when I had to be transferred from one hospital to another. She is super knowledgeable and will find the answer if she doesn’t know. Most of all she is very caring and compassionate from a patient perspective. Nurse Terri is also amazing. Typically terrible VA. Toll free number hangs up on you.
Find another VA clinic! Avoid this place. I had nothing but problems here.
The nurses and admin seem fine here, but Dr. Frasier is a typical bottom of the barrel VA doctor.
