Great staff... Usually a quick in/out for appointments. The VA Clinic isn't open on weekends or Federal Holidays. Relatively simple to seek care outside of normal hours from local urgent care or ER facilities and report it to VA.
Shutting down this clinic and opening a new one would probably be in the best interest of all veterans and taxpayers. The initial nurse had me down as a new enrollee, even though I had been visiting there for about a decade. I received “New Patient” status after being seen less than a year ago, and also two months ago for medications. The “Nurse Practitioner” at this place has no business in treating anyone; she does not listen to anything one says, just follows a VA checklist.
