I went to Veterans Claim Assistance today seeking guidance on starting a new claim, and unfortunately my experience with Paul Bonilla was extremely disappointing./ As a service-disabled veteran already dealing with significant impacts to work, mental health, and family life, many of us come in looking for support, direction, and professionalism. My name is Theresa. This Vet Center in Chatsworth is the best therapy I've ever had. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Her name is Narinah, talking to her is pleasant with no stress or pressure. She is such a blessing to me. She is very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Great therapist. I'm taking it one day at a time. Thank you Narinah and the Vet Center Chatsworth staff.

As a veteran, it can be difficult to know where to go for help, and it's not always clear, but the VA Chatsworth Vet Center is genuinely helpful. They checked in a couple weeks later to make sure I was good to go. Please remember these folks are helping lots of people at once, call back and ask again if you need to!
