For the most part the care I got here was great. The day shift nursing staff was great. The overnight nursing staff was OK. The nurses overnight would fall asleep in the hallways in the chairs they use, and they never empty the bottles they provide patients to urinate in.

My father was brought to urgent care by my sister and the nurse on duty was extremely rude. My father has dementia and went up to the nurses desk a few times . Your staff needs to have patients with this type of patient. If you CAN NOT handle your job and do not have compassion for these type of patients then you are in the wrong job. According to my sister even after my sister and father left the nurses station the nurse was still ranting. My father didnt choose to have this disease. All your employees need to be reeducated

Does not support homeless veterans, unless they're suicidal or a drug addict.... So if you consistently have the urge to kill yourself or if you are not an active opioid user, than don't even bother.

Everyone will have a different experience, based upon their care team. Physically the Brockton VA is extremely easy to reach, right off Rt 24. Traffic light right at the entrance so you don't need to fight or race other drivers. Loads of parking at any major care building, to include one handicapped lot adjacent to building 3 [main care facility].
