My father was brought to urgent care by my sister and the nurse on duty was extremely rude. My father has dementia and went up to the nurses desk a few times . Your staff needs to have patients with this type of patient. If you CANNOT handle your job and do not have compassion for these type of patients then you are in the wrong job.
