This is for the lady at the front desk, working at about 9:00 am , 11/27 day before THANKSGIVING,when you call in to check on loved one, she was NOT KIND!! Very rude, unprofessional. She answered phone with a "mmm hmmm", not BROCKTON VA. I was sure I dialed correct number. Asked for her name but she quickly switched me to the ward my loved one was in. I finally registered for VA Healthcare and with some doubt, made an appointment for a physical. I was completely surprised and impressed with the whole experience. The staff was knowledable, friendly and showed concern. They were all articulate and spent considerable time with me. The facility was clean and modern. I had a follow up with the Pharmacist to go over my meds and same thing, she was wonderful. I am now using the VA for my primary care. Thank you for making me feel welcome.

Dr Joo is an outstanding physician, extremely concerned with his patients well being. Will definitely go through barriers to ensure his patients are well taken care of. Dr Joo treatment of his staff is of utmost importance and professionalism.He takes very good care and respects his staff, which in turn makes for an extremely productive working environment.
