Had a six day visit on the 4th floor. The groups were productive and helpful. The mental health support team was very thuro. I wasn't a fan of the food or lack of cleanliness in group bathrooms. The nursing assistants were hit or miss based on engagement and cell phone usage. The facility should put a policy in place removing cell phones from the floor. If our disabled veterans can't use their own phones, why should we / they constantly see the floors "care team" on theirs.

I was a patient at the rehab in brockton. For the most part I had great care while I was there. The nursing staff during the day where great. The nurses over night where a bit lazy. They where suppose to do hourly checks. Not sure if those hourly checks where done, but if they where they weren't done right. They urinals we had to urinate in where never checked or emptied by overnight nurses or the nurses aids. Many times I had to empty my urinal just to be able to urinate again. For the most part the care I got here was great. The day shift nursing staff was great. The overnight nursing staff was OK. The nurses overnight would fall asleep in the hallways in the chairs they use, and they never empty the bottles they provide patients to urinate in.
