Everyone will have a different experience, based upon their care team. Physically the Brockton VA is extremely easy to reach, right off Rt 24. Traffic light right at the entrance so you don't need to fight or race other drivers. Loads of parking at any major care building, to include one handicapped lot adjacent to building 3 [main care facility].
Words can't describe how much I hate this place!
Mental health care is the best in all of Massachusetts V.A or not. The rest of the place doesn't even rate a 1 on a one to ten scale. Just my opinion over my last 14 yrs of using the VA
