Bought a suv there in February the windshield had a ding was told by them that it had been fixed and shouldn t crack anymore a month later to the day it cracked 8 inches on each side of the ding, emailed them, I was told either contact my insurance company or come buy one from them REALLY!!! and keep in mind I live 1 1/2 hours away, after giving them 11,000 for a vehicle they couldn t even replace a windshield. I think this is very poor business I sure am not doing business there again.
Bought a truck from them back in March, within 2 days we had multiple problems. They don t disclose if anything is wrong with the vehicle and they don t honor their warrenties. Especially beware of a salesman named Ben Tkachuk...he is as slick and slimy as they come.
I have had dealings with Va Auto Sales for close to 8 years and have bought multiple cars from them. In all cases, I have found Walter and his staff to be courteous, honest and helpful and, therefore, I highly recommend this business to anyone. From me, they get a 5 star rating!!
