This a wonderful VA When I was late by 1/2 they did not tell me to come back in six months. They where kind and said we will still see you.
My father just died and as a family we went to his room. while standing there grieving in shock the cold unkind head nurse i had been exposed to the day before told my husband in police uniform straight from duty that he would have to leave us and be escorted by security back downstairs because he had his weapon, with no regard to our situation, Her " i'm sorry" never reaching her eyes.
