Worst management and customer service experience ever! I had a viewing booked for October 31st. When I arrived, nobody showed up. I called their helpline, and at first, they said someone would be there shortly. After waiting 15 minutes, I called again, only to be told my viewing was cancelled. I received my key to my apartment on July 1 and finished moving in on July 20th. My apartment is so much more than I had hoped for and the management team were beyond helpful in making my dream come true.
