I live in Houston, broke down about 70 miles from VW Plus and was towed in on a Saturday Morning. I've had my van worked on by several mechanics in Houston, but Christopher at VW Plus in Lafyette, LA, is the first person to make me feel that he really knew what he was talking about. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! A week after our vehicle was worked on here and we were charged 600+ dollars for simple work, our car began having additional problems that were NOT an issue before. We went back to talk to these people about the new problems our car was SUDDENLY having, their response was far from professional and shocking!
