Victor and his team were amazing. When both of our complicated macerator system toilets failed, they came the same morning to assess the problem and returned the next morning to fix it. They even were on FaceTime with the toilet company (which is French and not very common in the U.S.) to troubleshoot together. Victor is patient, a great communicator and sent us photos and videos of everything they found and fixed, since we were not in the apartment at the time. A true professional.
V&V plumbing is a honest business that does quality work . I called set up a appointment these guys showed up and did all work in timely manner.
