Asked for polish and not gel. I didn't know until it was time to pay. I asked for a color on their nail examples and it did not come out at all how it looked on there. I said something and they just kept going. I'm disappointed.
i love them! i will definitely be returning in 2-3 weeks to do a fill. the staff was nice, and the very kind man who was able to squeeze me in was very efficient and thorough with his work! i will definitely request him to do my next set!!
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a calm, relaxing atmosphere - quiet, clean, and beautifully maintained. Toby is amazing! He is incredibly talented and meticulous, with an amazing eye for detail. Every step of the process is done with care and precision. He truly takes his time to make sure everything is perfect, and it shows in the final result. I am always satisfied with my nails when I leave! The service is absolutely worth every minute and every dollar!
