Been going for several months. New to the area and everyone recommended this shop. They have been great up until the last 2 times I visited. They rushed, quality is poor, and I have been overcharged for services I did not receive. I always spend a good amount of money here and they are not hip with the latest trends. Definitely not going back.
The best nail Salon I have been to in years!! Helen is amazing, she never fails to amaze me. Very gentle, very friendly, and great service! Fun friendly atmosphere, they will always keep you laughing! Recommend them greatly!
I won't let anyone but Tony do my nails!!!! He is the best! I have been seeing him for a few years now.
RIP OFF! Asked for a gel fil in. This was the second time they did acrylic instead. When I mentioned it was acrylic I was told no, it's gel. Yet it didn't need cured with the light and the powder container clearly said acrylic. Charged for gel both times as well. A total rip off. They do not push cuticles back so polish looks good for only a day or two.
Friendly & personable, but still professional. The entire staff is excellent!
Very rude manager and very poor customer service. Total disrespect for customers. Verbally inappropriate and unprofessional behavior when trying to resolve an issue. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They need to have their business license revoked.
